Advanced search features to include the ability to search for users that live around you. This improves the social aspect of the site and allows a more "viral" community. - Nick G.
Ability to filter notes on your own profile, or any users profile using keywords etc. Making it easier to find something you or a friend posted without having to use the 'previous page / next page' options as much, it takes forever. - Steven G.

Searching users by Interests (Movies, Books, Music, Mountain Climbing) and Location as mentioned above etc, which would mean the About Me section would have to be expanded somewhat, and have a few more privacy settings implemented as to what information you want public. All of this information does not need to be shown on your profile, below what we already have could be a 'more' link. - Steven G.
Searching for friends by any section on Pownce. Such as Other Profiles. If I know someones Myspace name I should be able to search for them based on that. And location which has laready been asked. - Databit
Find Friends option could sort results the same as sites like facebook ie) If you type if the name Andrew and you already have friends with that first name or last name, they will display in the search results first and users who you are not friends with yet will display below them and so on - Steven G.
